A plug-in wall cooler and heater that does something none of the others do: it states 35 dB with a comparison scale and a 150 sq ft coverage area. On the same page it claims to hold 60 °F indoors during a 104 °F heatwave, from a sealed box with no exhaust. Scored 5.9.

A wall-mounted cooler and heater sold with no published wattage, no decibels, no dimensions and no named manufacturer.
