We cover the portable-cooling niche only: portable ACs, evaporative coolers, personal cooling devices and directly related tools. Products enter coverage through market relevance, reader demand or novelty — never through payment.

Revenue & scoring separation

Affiliate relationships are managed separately from scoring. The rubric on How we test is applied before monetization is even considered, and several pages recommend products we earn nothing from.

Link labelling

Affiliate links carry rel="sponsored" and a visible disclosure. Links to competitor stores we have no relationship with are plain references.

Corrections & updates

Factual errors are corrected as soon as verified, with the “Updated” date changed. Substantive changes are noted in the text. To report an error, use the contact page.

AI assistance

Drafting may use AI tooling; every published page passes human editorial review, fact-checking against sources, and our no-fabrication rule: no invented testimonials, measurements, credentials or user counts, ever.
