FrostCooler: cordless 3-in-1 cooling for the space you actually sit in
A fan, an evaporative cooler and a humidifier in one battery-powered unit. It cools you at a desk or bedside — it is not a room air conditioner, and the maker does not claim it is.
- 4000 mAh battery — runs cordless, charges over USB-C
- 330 mL tank, 50–60 mL/h spray
- Only 6.5 W — a fraction of any compressor unit
- Three fan speeds and adjustable louvers
- 30-day returns — read the conditions below before you buy

The manufacturer’s checkout displays a rating of 4.5 and states 128,421 customers. That figure is published by the seller and we have not audited it — note that the seller’s own sales page shows different numbers. Our editorial score below is separate and is our own.
This is the specification and pricing page. If you are looking for our verdict — the score, what we could not verify and whether we think it is worth the money — that is in the FrostCooler review.
What is FrostCooler?
FrostCooler draws air across water held in a 330 mL tank. Evaporating that water absorbs heat from the air passing through, so the stream leaving the unit is cooler and more humid than the air entering it. That is the whole mechanism — there is no compressor and no refrigerant, which is why it draws 6.5 W instead of several hundred. It also means it adds moisture to a room rather than removing it, and that its effect shrinks as ambient humidity rises.
What FrostCooler actually does: the six functions
Humidifying options
Continuous or intermittent spray mode, with a manufacturer-stated output of 50–60 mL per hour on dual spray.
Quiet operation
The maker describes it as whisper-quiet. No decibel figure is published, so we treat that as positioning, not a measurement.
Adjustable fan switch
Three speeds — low, medium and high — so you can trade airflow for runtime.
Cordless battery
4000 mAh, charged over USB-C in about 4.5 hours. This is the part that genuinely separates it from mains-only coolers.
Adaptable airflow
Adjustable louvers aim the air where you are sitting instead of at the whole room.
Evaporative operation
Cools by evaporating water from a 330 mL tank rather than using refrigerant. It adds humidity instead of removing it.

FrostCooler price and package options
Prices as shown by the seller in July 2026, in US dollars. Free shipping appears on the three- and four-unit tiers only; shipping and tax on the smaller tiers are settled at checkout.
Check your total before paying. The seller’s own order summary did not fully match its package selector when we reviewed it, and the three-unit tier is advertised at 65% off while the arithmetic gives 63%. Read the itemised total on the final screen.
FrostCooler returns: the 30-day guarantee in full
This is the part most write-ups skip, and it is the weakest point of the offer. The window is real — 30 days from the date you receive the unit — but it is not a no-questions refund:
- You start by emailing support and saying whether you want a refund or a replacement.
- The unit goes back unmodified, in its original packaging, to an address support gives you.
- A valid tracking code has to reach support before the refund is processed.
- You pay the return shipping. The seller does not cover it.
- The refund is the purchase price minus the original shipping and handling fee, issued within 30 days of the unit arriving back.
If that changes your decision, it is better to know now than after ordering.

Who FrostCooler suits — and who it does not
It fits if you want cooling aimed at one person at a desk, bedside or in a small space; if you need it to run without being tethered to a socket; if your climate is dry or moderately dry; and if a negligible power draw matters more to you than a large temperature drop.
Look elsewhere if you want a whole room held at a set temperature, if you live somewhere consistently humid, if you need dehumidification, or if someone in the household has a medical need for controlled temperature.
FrostCooler FAQ
Is FrostCooler loud?
The manufacturer describes the unit as whisper-quiet, but publishes no decibel rating. Without a dB figure there is nothing to verify, so treat “quiet” as marketing positioning rather than a measured specification.
How often should I perform maintenance on FrostCooler?
The manufacturer suggests monthly maintenance. Because the unit holds standing water, empty and dry the 330 mL tank when you store it, and keep the USB-C port away from the water side.
How long does FrostCooler run on one charge?
Approximately 2 to 6.5 hours per charge, manufacturer-stated. The range depends on fan speed and spray mode — expect the low end if you run high speed with continuous spray.
How long does FrostCooler take to charge?
About 4.5 hours for a full charge over the USB-C input (5V / 2A).
When does FrostCooler ship, and how long is delivery?
The seller states orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation, with standard delivery of 5 to 12 working days depending on location.
What is the FrostCooler return policy, exactly?
Thirty days from the date you receive it — but it is not a no-questions refund. You email support first, return the unit unmodified in its original packaging to an address they give you, and supply a tracking code. You pay the return shipping, and the refund is the purchase price minus the original shipping and handling fee. Read the seller’s policy in full before ordering.
Does FrostCooler cool a whole room?
No, and the manufacturer does not claim it does. This is a personal-zone device: it cools the air reaching you at a desk or bedside. For a whole bedroom or living room you want a different category entirely.
Does FrostCooler work in humid weather?
Less well. Evaporative cooling depends on the incoming air still being able to absorb moisture, so the drier the air, the bigger the effect. In consistently humid conditions the benefit shrinks.
Is FrostCooler legit?
The seller has a working site, a published returns policy, a physical business address in New York and an active checkout — none of which is typical of a purely fraudulent operation. What we could not confirm: any independent safety certification, the actual manufacturer, or exactly what ships in the box. We also found the checkout total disagreeing with the package selector. Treat it as a real product from a real seller with open questions, not as a verified one.
How much does FrostCooler cost?
One unit is $79.95 against a $159.90 reference price. Buying more drops the unit price: $71.96 each on two, $59.16 on three and $47.97 on four, with free shipping appearing on the three- and four-unit tiers only. Confirm your itemised total at checkout, since shipping and tax are settled there.
Does FrostCooler actually work?
It does what an evaporative cooler does: it lowers the temperature of the air leaving the unit by evaporating water, and aims that air at you. It will not lower the temperature of a room, and the manufacturer does not claim it will. The effect is largest in dry air and shrinks as humidity rises. No independent performance test of this specific unit exists.
Where can I buy FrostCooler?
Through the seller’s own checkout — it is not sold through this site. We do not stock, ship or take orders; payment, delivery, warranty and refunds are handled by Spark-tek, an initiative of Straight Commerce Inc.
FreezAir is an independent editorial resource. We do not manufacture, stock or ship this product, and we do not take orders — payment, delivery, warranty and refunds are handled by the seller. We may earn a commission when you buy through our links, at no additional cost to you; that does not change our editorial score.
